Terms of service and refund policy
Plain English, because you should know exactly what you're buying and exactly how the guarantee works before you pay anything.

Who we are
ChannelMedic (channelmedic.com) prepares YouTube monetization reinstatement appeals for faceless and AI-assisted creators. Contact: [email protected]. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for YouTube or Google, and we have no influence over their decisions.
What you get
For a one-time $199 we deliver five things, usually within 48 hours of the call:
- A diagnosis of which signals most likely got your channel flagged, and whether your case is appealable at all
- A ready-to-submit appeal: a process-documentation video script with a shot-by-shot list, or a written appeal if that fits your case better
- An evidence checklist naming the specific drafts, sources, and project files to attach
- A 30/90-day cleanup plan for the reapply track
- One round of revisions
What we don't do
- We don't submit for you. You send the appeal from your own account. We hand everything over ready to go.
- We don't contact YouTube on your behalf and we can't escalate to anyone there.
- We don't promise reinstatement. Nobody outside YouTube can. The guarantee below is financial, not an outcome.
- We never ask for your password, recovery codes, or account access.
Cases we turn down
We tell you before you pay anything, and we don't take the money:
- Terminated channels (typically three strikes). These generally can't be reinstated through a monetization appeal.
- Copyright strikes or Community Guidelines issues. A different process entirely, scoped separately if at all.
- Cases where an appeal would clearly fail. If your channel is re-reading other people's material with no original work behind it, we'll say so and point you at the cleanup track instead of selling you an appeal we expect to lose.
What you agree to
- The information you give us at intake is accurate, including the notice wording and the date
- You own or are authorized to act for the channel
- The work we document is work you actually did. We help you show your real process, not invent one
- You'll do the parts only you can do: submitting the appeal, gathering your evidence, and making the changes in the plan
Price and payment
$199, one-time, no subscription. Nothing is due at sign-up: the eligibility check and the 10-minute call are free, and you're invoiced only after the call confirms your case is a fit. The optional Originality Log add-on is $29 a month and can be stopped at any time.
The money-back guarantee
If you complete the full appeal and reapply cycle we build for you and YouTube still doesn't reinstate you, you get a full refund. Here is exactly what that means, so there's no argument later.
The cycle we build, in four steps
- Submit the appeal we build, from your own account, inside your appeal window
- Complete the Phase 1 and Phase 2 items in your 30/90-day plan, including publishing the new videos it specifies
- Reapply on or after the earliest reapply date we give you
- Send us YouTube's decision
What we need to see
A refund is a real payment, so it needs real evidence. We'll ask for:
- YouTube's decision messages, for both the appeal and the reapply
- Confirmation of when you submitted each one
- Links to the new videos you published under the plan
- Your current monetization status, shown live on a short screen share of YouTube Studio
We ask you to show us the screen, not hand over the account. We will never ask for your password, your recovery codes, or access of any kind, at any point in this process.
The deadline
Claim within 30 days of YouTube's decision on your reapply. Ask us any time before that and we'll walk you through it.
When it doesn't apply
- The channel was terminated. We decline these before payment, so it shouldn't arise
- The cycle wasn't completed: the appeal wasn't submitted, the plan's videos weren't published, or the reapply never happened
- The information you gave us at intake was materially inaccurate
- You claim before the review windows have run. YouTube responds to an appeal within about 14 days, and reapplying means a 90-day wait after a suspension (30 days after a first application rejection) before the re-review even starts. "Not reinstated yet" on day 10 is early, not a decision
How it's paid
Back to the method you paid with, within 10 business days of us confirming the claim.
Timing, and what's realistic
Your package usually arrives within 48 hours of the call. After that the clock is YouTube's: YouTube responds to an appeal within about 14 days, you only get one appeal, and reapplying means a 90-day wait after a suspension (30 days after a first application rejection) before the re-review even starts. Many creators go through two or three cycles. We build for both tracks from the start, but we can't make YouTube move faster.
Not legal advice
Everything we produce is general information and practical help with a platform process. It isn't legal advice, and we aren't your lawyers. If your situation needs a lawyer, get one.
Liability
If something goes wrong on our side, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We aren't liable for lost revenue, lost views, or lost opportunities, which depend on YouTube's decisions and your channel, not on us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. If you're a consumer somewhere with stronger protections that apply to you regardless, nothing here takes those away.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. The terms that apply to your case are the ones in force on the day you paid.
Questions: [email protected]. See also our privacy policy. Outcomes are not guaranteed and YouTube makes the final decision on every appeal.
