Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to assess your case, we store it in one place, we never sell it, and we never ask for access to your YouTube or Google account.
Last updated 27 July 2026.
Who we are
ChannelMedic (channelmedic.com) is an independent service that prepares YouTube monetization reinstatement appeals. We are the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything in this policy, including a request to delete your data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the eligibility form. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on this site.
Required, because we can't assess a case without them:
- Your channel URL
- What happened (monetization off, Partner Program rejection, termination, or not sure)
- The exact wording of the notice YouTube sent you
- The date it happened, which is how we check your appeal window
- Your email address, which is how we reply
- Whether you'd go ahead at $199 if the case is a fit
Optional, and blank is fine:
- Your channel's niche
- Which production materials you still have (drafts, sources, project files, voiceover)
- Roughly how much monthly income this cost you, as a range
- Whether you can start this week
The notice you paste is the most sensitive thing here, because it's a message about your account. Treat it that way when you paste it: send the notice, not your login details.
What we don't collect, ever
- No passwords, recovery codes, or account access. Not for YouTube, not for Google, not for anything. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these, it isn't us.
- No payment details on this site. There is no checkout here. Payment is arranged after the call.
- No advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no third-party marketing trackers.
Spam protection and analytics
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit, your IP address is sent to Cloudflare so it can confirm you're not a bot. We don't store your IP address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic counts. It's cookieless and doesn't track you across sites or build a profile of you, which is why this site has no cookie banner: there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
Why we're allowed to hold it
Because you asked us to look at your case. Everything above is used to take the steps you requested before any agreement is made, and then to carry out the work if you go ahead. Spam protection is a separate, narrow interest in keeping the form usable.
Where it goes
Your submission is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and a copy is emailed to our own mailbox so we see it quickly. That's the whole journey. We don't share it with anyone else, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to market anything to you beyond replying about your case.
How long we keep it
- If you don't become a client: deleted within 12 months of your submission.
- If you do become a client: kept for up to 6 years after the work is finished, because tax and dispute records need to exist for that long.
- If you ask us to delete it sooner: we do, unless we're legally required to keep a specific record.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct something that's wrong, or delete it. Include your channel URL so we can find the right record. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU, these are rights you have by law, and asking costs you nothing.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't do.
